Hi, I’m Laura.
I founded Thrive to provide high-quality, personalised learning that builds understanding and confidence. With experience as a teacher, education leader and consultant, I’ve shaped the learning studio into a calm and purposeful space where teaching is carefully planned and appropriately challenging, allowing students to make secure progress.

Inside the Studio
Our Learning Studio is a calm, purposefully designed space surrounded by tropical gardens and close to leading international schools. The setting supports engagement and confidence, with high-quality resources that make learning meaningful and effective. From practical materials and digital tools to a small library of well-chosen books, every detail contributes to motivation, understanding and progress.
A Growth Mindset
Our approach is grounded in growth mindset principles, encouraging learners to view progress as a continuous process of reflection, curiosity and perseverance. We treat mistakes as opportunities for growth and approach each learner’s thinking with care - guiding them to extend and deepen their understanding through clear, responsive teaching. With gentle encouragement and purposeful challenge, our students grow in confidence, independence and resilience, taking genuine pride in how far they’ve come.
